Can you spread a digital message far and wide? Know your CPA from your ROAS? Manage ad budgets in your sleep? Then you might be the Programmatic Media Manager that we’ve been waiting for.
We think the world needs to hear about (as well as buy and ride) our bikes and by owning our display advertising and paid social efforts, you’ll help make that happen.
You’ll develop a programmatic strategy that fits into our overall media vision, as well as being able to manage ad hoc business when it comes up (such as OOH or referral campaigns).
Of course, you won’t be alone. You will be part of the VanMoof Growth Marketing Team — a dynamic bunch of 6 who regularly work their magic over our analytics, tag management, CRO, CRM, paid search and SEO. We sell more than 70% of our bikes online, so this is a team that has a huge impact on both brand and sales (as will you).
As a scale-up, we’re on course for major international expansion which means you’ll need to dive in and get your hands dirty, taking us even further and faster than a VanMoof bike.
Your responsibilities include:
The programmatic manager we’re looking for has:
Bonus points if you have:
Now, the touchy-feely stuff:
We want someone to change the world with us.
We want to make the world a better place with our bikes. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision… and goes the extra mile to bring it to life.
You’ll need to be as stubbornly focused as we are.
We do more with less here. But everything we do should inspire companies to get riding, and it’ll be your job to make that happen.
And you'll have to be damn inventive.
We don't just want someone who can tick the boxes, we're looking for someone who can solve problems of all sizes, lean into the chaos, and help us get better every day. We're growing like crazy, so you'll also need the patience of a saint and the persistence of a bulldog. Things move fast here, but that’s all part of the fun.
Do you think you can roll your sleeves up, and get your hands dirty in the making, building, problem-solving and growing we'll be doing in 2019 and beyond? We want to hear from you.
